Please find enclosed my proposal and consent to conduct the research for your esteemed institute.  The topic which I have chosen for the study is “Genetic deformities found in the tribal people who are above 40 years of age”. Tribe Reservation related persons participating in the project will obtain both an all-inclusive medical appraisal at the Tribal Health and Wellness Center and a safety and functional evaluation in their home performed by a tribal associate. To discuss more about this project we have already met tribal people multiple times. Both the tribal council and health and Wellness committee has approved this project.
Government has also agreed for funding this project as it will help us in better understanding about the wellness of people staying in tribe. We are eager to commence this project by the end of this year. We would appreciate your concern and approval in this regard. You can contact me for any further queries pertaining to this project.
