Dear Mr. Johansson,
It gives me immense pleasure to present this proposal for the upcoming construction project of our company JK Builders and Associates.  We have got a tender to do construction work in the land which is lying in the outskirt area of the city. This land is a huge area surrounded by a jungle and there is a river flowing through that area. We propose to build four towers of twelve levels as of now in that land. That construction will also have kids playing area, hospital, shops and some commercial space for the companies. This land has been officially bought from the municipal authorities and we are sending this proposal in order to finish all the legal formalities as soon as possible.
We are hoping to get all the cooperation and guidance from your end. The architectural map of that area along with all the other documents is being attached along with this proposal letter. Kindly do let us know if anything else is required from our end.
