I have work experience of two years in the BPO industry as a customer service executive. I believe I have great listening skills, which helps me to understand the problem of the customer and also make the customers feel that their problems are being attended to. Customer satisfaction is my first priority by solving their queries and this will leave no scope for complaints. I have won awards in my previous organization for giving best customer satisfaction.
